STPS Social Groups
At Skilled Therapy & Play Services, we are passionate about creating meaningful experiences for every child. Our social groups include a diverse range of offerings designed to meet the unique needs of each participant. Our weekly aim is to create a supportive environment where kids can come together, develop friendships, and thrive socially. We empower participants to develop essential social skills all while having a blast!
Weekly Social Group Offerings:
UNSTRUCTURED PLAY / SENSORY SOCIAL GROUPS - OT LED:
An exploration of sensory experiences including sensory motor and free play, fostering creativity, regulation, and social engagement.
aba soCIAL grOUPS - BCBA led (offered as girls groups, boys groups, and co ed):
Applied Behavior Analysis principles are utilized to enhance social skills and interactions, through the joy of play and group activities.
Time Commitment and Participants:
ABA Social Groups: 10 week commitment per social group. Maximum capacity of six participants.
Unstructured / Sensory Play Groups: This group is ongoing, and as clients transition out of the group, new opportunities become available for others to join. Maximum capacity of six participants.
